Available to purchase are beautiful Scandinavian lodges, by either Outright Purchase with an option to let or through Fractional Ownership Quarter Share, or simply by buying a week or more through our License to use option.

We have a number of lodges available for Outright Purchase, with a choice of a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lodges with sauna, or a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom lodge. All lodges come with use 52 weeks of the year, subject to certain conditions.

At present Brockwood Hall enjoys occupancy levels of over 70% so every chance you can rent to cover some of your ongoing annual costs or you may just wish to keep for use by family and friends. You purchase a Quarter share which is based on 3 separate months use for example you may start with January, May, September then the following year the calendar moves by one month. This gives each owner the opportunity to holiday, use, or rent in each month of the year over a 4 year period. This allows each owner to capitalise on renting out in the peak demanded months and getting some return to cover running costs, or give you the opportunity of experiencing all seasons in this wonderful area. It also gives you the opportunity to upgrade to full ownership through time should that be of interest. Each lodge is owned by an individual company limited by guarantee you purchase a quarter share of the company, very simple.

And then there is our co ownership scheme whereby you just purchase the use of week/weeks which you have the right to occupy until 2043. You simply pay an annual maintenance charge which covers the cost of maintaining the lodge for all owners in the scheme. This has been operating at Brockwood for several years and we already have over 500 owners
