From check in to check out, Reception will be on call to guide you.
No matter what information you are looking for, the team will do their best to help you out.
Within the Reception area you will find up to date leaflets for most attractions, travel information, weather information...anything else, just ask!
And during your stay, you can be rest assured that we are just a short call away should you require any onsite assistance.
Victorian Features
While inside Brockwood Hall, take some time to admire some original Victorian Features.
Midway up the stairs, you can see the fantastic stained glass window, containing the Brockbank family initials.
In various rooms within the house, the large marble fire places will leave you wanting.
Other original features include the ageless stair case, ceiling coving, oil paintings, tiled floor, brass door plates on solid doors...and much more!
There is so much character to the house, and work has been done to restore as much Victorian feel as possible, while keeping with modern decor principles.
Pool Table
One of the nation's favourite past times...
It wouldn't feel like a holiday if you went home without a game of pool!
So, set in a room within the Brockwood Hall you will find a Pool Table for you to settle some old scores!
Laundry Service
For your use, you will find a Laundry Service.
Equipped with large capacity, washer and dryer, you can do those dirties within an hour.
WI-FI
Free to use for our onsite guests, this pretty much essential feature!
